In this elegant work, I depicted sound not as something that is heard, but as something that is felt. The piano here is not an instrument — it is a presence, a body of memory, silence, and restrained emotion. Its white, almost sculptural form emerges from a deep, dark space, as if carved out of night, carrying traces of touch, pressure, and time.
The textured surface reflects fragility and strength at once: layers of paint resemble frozen movements, unspoken phrases, and moments that linger longer than sound itself. The surrounding darkness is not emptiness — it is depth, intimacy, and pause. Purple and black tones create an atmosphere of mystery, sensuality, and inner resonance, where music dissolves into emotion.
The chess-like rhythm at the bottom suggests order and discipline, while the spontaneous gestures above break it, reminding us that true feeling cannot be controlled. The phrase “Some notes are felt by the heart” is not an explanation, but a quiet confession.
