In this provocative art object, I transform a real vintage vinyl record into a philosophical statement about modern noise, distraction, and emotional emptiness. The piece is painted in deep, expressive shades of red and black and carries a raw handwritten phrase: “Too Much Stupid Talk, Not Enough Good Music.”

Here, music becomes more than sound — it symbolizes depth, honesty, feeling, and genuine human connection. “Stupid talk” represents the endless  superficial noise surrounding us: meaningless conversations, empty opinions, social performance, and emotional disconnection disguised as communication.

The screaming mouth at the center acts as both protest and irony — a visual metaphor for a world where everyone speaks, but very little is truly heard. In contrast, music appears almost sacred: a refuge, a language beyond pretence, capable of expressing what words often fail to capture.
