• Prints:
We collaborate with premium printing centers to ensure the highest quality of prints. Each print is individually made upon receiving your order, so the processing time may take 5–10 business days.
After processing, your order will be shipped via a courier service with a tracking number provided.
• Original Paintings:
Processing times are discussed individually with the collector.
2. Shipping Costs
• Shipping is free worldwide for both original paintings and prints.
3. Delivery Times
• Europe: 3–7 business days.
• Rest of the World: 5–10 business days (depending on the location).
4. Insurance
• Each painting and print is carefully packed and insured for its full value in case of damage during transportation.
5. Customs Duties and Taxes
• Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may apply in their country.

• The painting or print must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.
• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Exceptions
• Custom orders (paintings created upon your request) are non-refundable.
